I would suggest contacting your Jira and/or Org admin (or potentially team lead). These users should be able to guide you on how to access your account. 👈
In case you're the only Org admin, we would probably need more information on what issue you're actually experiencing, like which error message you see when you try to log in.
On top of everything, you could try to reach out to the official Atlassian Support team to see if they can assist you and take a look at the status of the site you're trying to log in.
