Aha! Jira has seen some major upgrades over the past year, including:

  • A redesigned, more intuitive navigation experience

  • Terminology updates: “Issues” are now called “Work Items”

  • Jira Software and Jira Work Management unified into a single experience: Jira

  • A faster way to batch update work items directly from the Work Item Search screen

  • ...and more powerful enhancements to streamline team collaboration and delivery

Being new to Jira, my "aha moment" was being shown Jira and Confluence for the first time by my co-workers.

I would maybe point out some insights from the Focus booth as it sparked some ideas on how we could implement (or at least try out) those at some client environments. I quite like how Focus (and now Talent) can integrate seamlessly with Jira so that's a huge benefit too 💡
