It’s ironic that something so stupid would be labeled “Smart”. This ranks right up there with not being able to turn off “reactions” on a page basis. Your customers that want to keep their work on a professional looking level don’t want your stupid little cartoon icons on their pages. Please, Please don’t enable gifs as smart replies like someone suggested. Why don’t you have some of your employees that do real work review these things before you implement them? Thank you for your attention to this matter.
This is great, smart replies make collaboration much faster for my team. You could also try tools like eesel AI to help generate context-aware summaries and suggestions if needed.
