Jira Tips and Tricks Collection

As a Jira consultant, I advise clients on solving problems and often make configuration changes for them. However, when I’m the one making the changes, they don’t learn to do it themselves. I love helping but I don’t want them to need to rely on me forever. Since most organizations I work with don’t have a ton of internal Jira expertise, I like to provide some help and training along the way. That’s why I created a library of tips to share when common topics arise. I post these tips in meeting agendas, documentation pages, and support chat rooms. Today, I’m sharing tips from my library with you!

In this series, I’ll share short, copy-friendly tips and explanations to help you learn or adapt the information for your users or clients. We’ll cover topics from automation and AI to users and work items.

The tips are presented in no particular order and the list will continue to grow as common themes arise.
