Why This Topic?

If you’re a solution partner, there’s an official Atlassian partner program to help you grow your business and get customers. But for small independent consultants like me, there are very few resources available.

Most of us have technical skills but maybe not as many business skills. I believe this audience is underserved, so I wanted to create some content and materials, to help others be successful consultants.

I’m not a business coach, and I don’t know everything, but I have decades of experience running multiple small businesses.

By sharing my story, maybe I can help others in their journey. What follows are my tips, recommendations, and some mistakes along the way.
