While I don't feel there was anything new specifically that I learnt, I did find it useful and found plenty of things that I can use to better educate others on my team in a way that I just can't articulate as well as you guys can! Kudos!!

I completed this course some time ago, so just took a quick look at it now. I consider it a great course for anyone starting to work in Jira, explaining basic navigation and terms.
This course wasn't available when I started managing Jira or I would have gotten up to speed a lot quicker! This should be required for all new users...
