Hi,
we've recently started using Jira Software. We have created a site and then activated Jira Software. Now I've seen that we could also activate Jira Service Desk only if there are no more than 3 agents.
I've tried activating it but when I select the site I get an error message saying that I've exceeded the maximum number of users but if I look under the Jira Software subscription I see 3 of 10 users which should be fine in order to activate Jira Service Desk.
Can someone help me?

thank you for your reply. I've cheched the linked post but the problem is that I cannot even start using Jira Service Desk and linking it to my site. I've checked the permissions and the only 3 users we have in this site are members of the site-admin group.
Any ideas?
