wallboard data refresh

We're setting up a wallboard slideshow to display incident and change information on the monitors throughout the floor.  Would like the data to refresh, but was disappointed to find this info this morning.  Anyone have suggestions?  There is really too much info for a static dashboard.  We like the wallboard slideshow rotating through the info.

• No Automatic Refresh:

  While in Wallboard mode, Jira does not automatically refresh the data displayed. The data shown is based on the last time the dashboard was refreshed by the user or the browser.

A wallboard in Cloud is based on a dashboard, so on the dashboards if you set your gadgets to auto-refresh and then create a wallboard from the dashboard, does it refresh?

Or on the dashboard, select the 3 dots and Configure auto refresh and then view it as a wallboard?

Hi @Marc - Devoteam 

Unfortunately neither works.  I have the gadget on the dashboard set to refresh and then overall have the dashboard itself on a refresh schedule and the wallboard still does not refresh.
