You probably had been in a trial versus signing up for Free.
You should be able to revert to a Free plan if that is what you want. Take a look at this article to see how to accomplish that. If you don't have more than 10 Jira Users and no more than 3 Jira Service Management users, then you should be able to go straight to step 2.
