Hi,
I am trying to find the location of this email template so we can customise it. It is not in the normal client notification section against the project. Is it possible to customise this, and if so, how can it be done?
This feature is quite new, see; https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-Service-Management-articles/Announcement-Get-notified-when-email-requests-fail/ba-p/2999861
There are already open feature request relating this new function, see;
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-16469 and https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-16507
Hi there,
In order to better understand your question, could you please clarify how did you received the e-mail notification? My assumption is you try to create a ticket through e-mail which Jira failed to process it appropriately.
This is actually discussed in this ticket:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-2517
Since it is not available out of the box, it could be done through automation on your end. Try to check your global automation by filtering "Send email" as the action.
Hope it helps.
regards,
Septa Cahyadiputra

Hi, I did not receive the notification, I am an admin on the project and want to be able to customise that email template. It is an automatic email sent to customers that are not registered.
Where in that link is the information on how to customise the email template? I couldn't see it hence this post. thanks!
