I created   portal grups

for example  "HARDVARE REQUESTS"

 I would like your help to determine the SLA period in this way.

Hi @Aykan Inal,

Searching by Portal Group is not supported in JQL, unfortunately. In this related thread you may find a manageable workaround, either by listing the different request types in a group or by creating an additional custom field to recreate the grouping.
