Hello, Would it be possible to have a an embedded link as custom field name?

Such as " Schedule a call with Elif" and embed the calendar in the name?

@Elif Alverson -

A field name is static and cannot be incorporated with embedded link.  However, you can use Wiki or HTML markup syntax to add help-text associated with the custom field.

Hope this helps.

Could you send me the instructions to how to use Wiki or HTML markup syntax to add help-text associated with the custom field? Thank you.

@Elif Alverson -

1) Go to your JSM project Project settings >> Fields and access your project's field configuration scheme in the EDIT mode.

2) Locate your custom field and click the "Edit" option, then enter your help-text in the Description box.

Example - Please enter the OAuth scope(s) for your application. For the list of available OAuth scope, please refer to the "OAuth Scopes" section in the following link <b><font color="red"><a href="https://abc.com/docs/oauth-scopes" target="_blank">Application Scope Listing</a></font></b>.

The above will create a help-text with a clickable URL associated with a field on the issue screen.

Here are a few reference links that can assist you -

For Portal UI (i.e. Request Type)

For Project UI (i.e. Issue Screen)

Hope this helps.  Please click on Accept answer if my suggestion helped you.
