Dear community!

Why is there no provision for system administrators to manage JSM projects without a license?

Why is a license required for this product?
This obliges to allocate a maximum of licenses for the system administrator, although it was possible to get by with only one - Software, for example, so that he gets access to the system itself, and then can edit projects with full access to the settings.

What do you think about it?

Because the administrators are users of the system.  Even if they're not directly involved in projects, they're still using the system.
