What project role/permissions required for MS Teams participants in 'create chat or meeting' popup
I have the Microsoft Teams Integration in my JSM project. When I click on 'Create chat or meeting' in a JSM [System] Incident issue, I cannot include everyone in my org in the 'participants' field; only certain individuals can be searched for and added.
I thought at first it was tied to the 'Request participants' field, but I'm able to add everyone in my org to that field and it does not seem to affect the 'participants' field in the popup at all.
In the screenshot provided, I try to add Julie as a participant. There is definitely a Julie in my org, but she is not searchable or selectable.
Is there a Project Permission that I need to provide to everyone in my org so that anyone I choose can be added to a MS Teams chat as a participant through this integration?

Figuring out what users are assigned to what roles in an organisation can be challenging.
If you are open to using apps you can use Roles Dashboard for Jira , an app released by our company.
The two views will allow you to easily depict the relationship between users - groups - roles in your organisation, and help you understand/decide on who can perform various tasks.
