Resolution Date/Timestamp Report

Hello, 

How to create a report for "Resolution Date/Timestamp"? Is there any way to see & capture data of each ticket's resolution time stamp other than checking the history of each and every ticket manually?  Thank you.

Hello @Elif Alverson 

Can you provide more information about what type of report you are trying to generate?

The date/timestamp for resolution of each issue is recorded in the Resolved field. You can include that field in the columns of the Search results.
