Replies appear in the bottom of the email

Hi

We are currently experiencing an issue where users are not seeing our email replies. Initially we believed the replies were not being delivered as users reported that there was nothing in our messages. However it appears that the replies are present but are showing up at the bottom of the email thread.

This is causing confusion as some users are mistaking our messages for acknowledgment emails and are not responding further.

Is there any way we can resolve this issue possibly by changing how the replies appear or how they are formatted?

Welcome to the community.

So this is based on the mail client and the setting in the mail client.

Jira just sends an email it doesn't thread.

If you add a comment to an issue, that comment is sent in an email, how the eail client handles this, this is not related to Jira
