We created a new project (copied from an existing one) and it's not behaving the same as far as emails and images.
If a user replies to the Jira email and includes a screenshot, it gets added to the ticket as an attachment but does not show up in the comments. If there is no text in the response and just a screenshot, it doesn't even show that the person replied. We end up with a lot of attachments and can't easily know where they came from or follow the communication on the ticket.
The strange thing is that it works on other projects that we have and even on the one that was used as the copy.

But this is what it looks like in the project. Only the text shows in the comments but the image is in the attachment list.
What are we missing in the setup?

FYI, In case anyone else has this issue, the resolution was to make sure that the email for Notifications was set to the same email address on the project.
