Removing bulk Jira customer and how to prevent the external to access the Jira project

i am having a hard time to remove the external Jira customer 1 by 1.
Is there a way to remove them in bulk?

how can i prevent them to email or access our Project. herewith attached is our config below. Let me know if have missed. Thanks in advance
