Hello all, we recently changed our user email addresses within out Jira Cloud tenant, however after the change some of my users are not receiving Atlassian emails. Example notification emails that their email has changed.
I saw a previous community post ( https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Some-users-not-receiving-email-notification/qaq-p/1772563 ) where Angelica Luz of Atlassian team was able to search for suppressed email addresses and resolve the issue.
