Looking for a way to change priority icons

This topic has been around for years and I just wonder what is the latest way to change the priority icons?

I think it is still the method described in my answer here:

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

There is an issue related to Priority icons here, though it is not specifically about being able to upload addition icons.
