Hi there
I am trying to figure out how I can add another icon (more than the given options) for my different ticket priorities?!
I cannot figure out how I would get another link I can insert there? Is there a way to upload an image somehow?
Hello @lisa
Refer to this article:

You need to load the icon images as attachments on an issue, and then get the URL for those attachments.
I am sorry I still don't understand how I would do this?
I upload an image to a random ticket of mine as an attachment? and then I get the URL of those?

Yes, and paste that URL into the Path field in the screen image you included in your post.

In the "old" issue view, you could right-click on the items in the Attachments section of an issue and select "Copy Link Address". That doesn't work in the new issue view, at least in Chrome.
I think today is the last day that the old issue view will be available. So, you could attach the images, and select "see the old view", right-click on each image attachment and select Copy Link Address.

Update!
Since the "see the old view" action is no longer available, another way you can get the URL for an attachment is to select the issue in the Issue Search screen, then use the Export option to export all fields to a CSV. The URL for the attachment is part of the information in the Attachment field.
