Link Jira to Slack

Hi, 

When trying to link Jira to Slack, it says ''We didn’t find any Jira sites associated with your account.''. While I do use Jira from my work.

Could anyone help me please?

Do you use Jira to raise issues and only have access to the support portal, but no access to handle issues

That's essentially correct; to link Slack and Jira accounts together, the account in question needs to be a licensed user of Jira.

The "customer" user type in Jira Service Management (meaning they only have access to the portal, not to the agent side or Jira itself) does not have access to Jira and would be unable to utilise the Jira Cloud for Slack integration.

If this is not the case contact Atlassian support.
