Hi!
We are about to start using Jira SM. And we will use the Knowledge base.
I understand that the user writing the Articles in KB are paying for Confluence.
But - how is it for our customers, the ones reading the KB?
Do they need to be Confluence users as well / and needing to be subscribers to Confluence?
All the best/
JaneLy
Hi @janely_melin and welcome,
it depends form Confluence permissions setup. If you will create a space with anonymous access enabled and use that space as knowledge base you don't need to pay for customer on Confluence side.
Please tke a llok to the following article for further information https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/knowledge-base-settings-and-permissions-956713322.html
Hope this helps,
Fabio
