Hello team!
I will create an automation rule in Jira, but I can't do it.
Context:
1.-When someone opens a specific request or ticket
2.-Automatically adds a specific team called "it.secdevop".
3.-Automatically sent a first response to the reporter.
the problem is, I can'd find this "team field" in the automation but if you check in the Jira queue this field exists.
Can someone help me, please?
Thank you!
Hello @christian.perich
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are you referring to the Team field that you can populate with Teams that you create from the Teams menu?
If so, currently that field does not come up in the list of fields that you can choose from to set in Automation Rule actions.
You have to use the More Options feature and provide JSON code to set the field.

I believe we are talking about the same field.
Did you go through the Teams menu to create the team named "it.delivery.publiccontentsquad"?
If so, then the article I provided is the correct solution.
