Is there a way to save these comments for each JSM ticket, after closure, somewhere that would easily allow us to sent it, for example, to a Slack channel? Mainly focused on just sending out the comment response, not the actual rating itself.

The CSAT comment is available in a property in the work item. You could copy it to a custom text field of your making through an automation rule
