Is there any possibility to create a Timeline view in Jira Service Management?
I can see that we could create a timeline in Work Management, but all our incidents are now in Service Management.
Adding to what @Nikola Perisic has mentioned that timeline is not available in JSM.
Hoping the workaround mentioned in this community post helps - Timeline view (in JSM) for incident response post-mortem
Theodore
No this is not possible.
ITSM is in my opinion also not time line based but based on KPI on response and resolution to start with.
To say it simply SLA's
If an incident would lead to a problem you could say this work needs to be planned or might have to be planned depended on specific resources and time.
This new feature might be something you could look at : set-up-developer-escalations
But this would still not give you a time line view.
But you do have Cloud premium, you could setup an advanced roadmap with your JSM incidents, this should give a time line view in the crated plan.

Thank you, actually we're trying to have an overview of the workload of our ICT users in one dashboard Does anyone know what the best way is to show this? Except for adding a web part with the list of tickets per person.
