I saw already a similar question (Solved: How to append email content to an existing ticket ... (atlassian.com)). But the Issue Key seems to work only for Emailed Requests as I experienced so far.
Is there a possibility to add email content to tickets not created via email?

The Problem is solved. As the company email-adresses changed they were not registered. After registration it worked also for exiting/older tickets.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
