Custom fields like Organizations or Request Type in Jira Service Manager are blocked. When I select Spanish language, these fields are still in English.
I've read about to use Script Runner to translate them, but I don't know how I can do it.
Can you help me?

It's not possible to translate locked fields in Cloud natively - but you can view/vote for it on this feature request: JSWCLOUD-14833
Unfortunately, there isn't a workaround to unlock/modify these fields in Cloud that I know of, at this time.
