I need to create a variable and the smart value must contain the value of an attribute of Insight

I want ot create a variable and the smart value must contain the ID of one attribute from an object in Insight. How can I get that value and how can I put it in the smartvalue?

can you explain what is your final goal? Give us some more context. 

I have the idea that you want to set the approver or assignee in case of an access request…?
