I am getting space unavailable message when clicking on request types in my service space.

I'm using a service space in Jira service management and have configure the issue types to create tickets by agents in the space, but the configured fields where not visible while creating tickets. I needed to also configure similar fields in request types. But when i click on each request type it shows space unavailable.

Hi, @Jain Shibu

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Have you checked your permissions? Do you have Service Desk Team role, assigned to your user in service project?
In order to access service requests it's not enough to be administrator of this project/instance.

Still looks like license/permissions issue.
Found resolved post with exactly same problem, maybe it can help?
