We just started a new Jira Service Management project, and although I'm not the space owner, I'm an admin of the project with ALL user roles and I'm also a Jira admin. I still cannot edit many of the settings pages like any of the Request types (e.g. Service requests, incidents) nor Channels & self service (e.g. Portal, E-mail). Each page just shows a "This space isn't available" - "It may have been deleted or your permissions may have changed" error with no explanation otherwise.
Any assistance would be appreciated -- we're evaluating this product vs. other services and Jira won't even let us configure the project whatsoever -- not a good start.
Hi Louis - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You also must have a license for Jira Service Management as it is a separate product from Jira. This is also know as an Agent license. Once you are granted that access to the JSM product, you will be good to make those changes.
Hi @John Funk, thanks for answering. I'm an agent (licensed) in the Jira org settings for both the Service Management and Customer Service Management. Just double-checked.

Check to see if you are in the jira-servicemanagement-users-YOURDOMAIN group
where YOURDOMAIN is your actual domain name of your instance. It will be all lowercase.

You are welcome - glad to help! With the Free JSM account you only get 3 Agent Licenses so don't go over that or it might automatically kick you on to a Standard subscription trial.

Hi @John Funk and @Joseph Chung Yin
Thank you for your responses. We checked and I had to be re-invited to the product. But even after clicking the invite, my status was still stuck at `Invited`. I think it was after I added myself to one of the service discovery access groups that I finally was able to use it.

Welcome to the community. I agreed with @John Funk statement. Please ensure that you are assigned with an actual JSM agent license for your site.
Let us know if you are still having the same issue after the license is assigned.
Best, Joseph
