Hi! 🙋♂️
Within our company we handel some privacy-sensitive information of our customers. We would like to send this information (almost always in a attachment) as a reply in the Jira ticket.
I have found a plug-in that have this functionality (Encryption security 2fa for Jira) but this one isn't available for Jira cloud.
Can anyone tell me how I can send encrypted documents with Jira cloud, it will help me al lot!
Cheers,
Thijs
Don't know if the following may helps - Take a look of the following reference links -
My best recommendation for you will be to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for additional recommendation and assistance.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for your fast reply!
Unfortunately this wont work for us because we use a plug-in (Raley emails notifications) for the reply to the customers.
I was looking for a option to send the attachment separately but secured within Jira.
But thank you anyway!
Cheers,
Thijs

@Thijs Rijnders ,
I found this feature request you can add yourself to. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-9264
There is not much out there at this time that will help with this that I can find or know about. It looks like there is API limits and why the add-ons are not yet available in the cloud. Please add your vote for this feature.
I do have a suggestion that you use domain email routing through your orgs email rather then the internal email handler which can help with control and security from your side. This doesn't not fix the encryption portion but gives you more control of sending on your behave and using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC from your org.
Here is a article that helps with the configuration of that: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-jira-cloud-to-send-emails-on-behalf-of-your-domain/
Hope this helps respectfully,
Aaron

Thank you for your fast reply!
I was afraid this would be the answer. But thanks for confirming it!
I voted for the ticket, but I don't think Atlassian will make it anytime soon, because the ticket is raised in 2006.
I will check if your suggestion can be implemented in our situation, otherwise I need to be patient until the plug-ins will be available for the cloud space.
Thanks again for your answer!
