Hello, i am using service desk. And once we receive a request, we create a task for the developper in our project team to work on it - because not all développer has access to service desk itself.
I would like to know if it's possible to link a text field from the jira to the service desk, without giving access to the applicant to our project jira.
We are trying to find a way to update the applicant of the progress whithout juggling with copy paste from a side to another.
