How do I add customers to an approval group?

How do I add customers to an approval group? We want to add some customers to an approval group as we are limited in the number of licenses we have for agents. These people only need to be able to approve requests.

Hi Ben,

Customers do not consume agent licenses. For a customer to belong inside a group, that customer must have an atlassian id and must be invited to your instance (you should avoid granting him/her with product access). Customers can give approvals out of the box, and therefore I would suggest to add all "customers approvers" as customers.

What exactly are you trying to achieve?
