Custom screen pop-up not working

Dear Community,

I have designed a custom screen to be popped up while the change is being rejected. But it is not working though i have configured all the necessary steps.

Unfortunately the screen pop-ups for transition for changes during approval phase are available though you configure though it is good to have feature.
