Is it possible to use Jira automation to copy a Jira Service Management issue with forms to another service desk? I'm looking to do this when the issue transitions to a specific status using jira automation

Just to clarify, you want to copy an issue which contains a form, to a other JSM project, or the same?

@Michael unfortunately forms fields can't be copied to another project (you can copy a form but not its fields values from an issue). As described in this post https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Clone-a-ticket-and-form-to-another-project/qaq-p/2309180 a solution could be to attach the form as a pdf and then copy the pdf to the new issue.
