Hey there
I tried to connect my email account to jira service desk (gmail works, microsoft email doesn't).
I followed all the steps in the manual but connecting my microsoft email address (the actual support email we use) to the jira service desk doesn't work. No email becomes a ticket in Jira..
What could be the problem here? Maybe something like giving access to 3th party apps in the email settings?
