Has anyone run into the issue of Not being able to add correct prompts using Text To Speech field in the Incoming Call Integration? When we migrated from Opsgenie Standalone to JSM Operations our Text To Speech field came over just fine. But if I try to edit the prompts is throws a too many char error. I typed in characters and found it throws the error after 250 chars. In our world, that is about five prompts. And that is not enough, we have many departments.
This could be solved if sub prompts could be used or if the fields char limit could be increased.
I put in a feature request, and if this also affects you please vote. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-18520 Atlassian placed the feature request and instead of 1256 in title it should be 250.
The workaround would be recording an audio file which would have to be re-recorded anytime there is a change.
