How can I set these Request types? - It states I don't have permission

Hi @vsanchez and welcome,

unfortunately we can't see your image. BTW, as a space admin you should be able to see request types (Space Seetings -> Request Management -> Request types) https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-request-types-in-company-managed-projects/

As a site admin, you'd think I have all access necessary - nope.

Hi @vsanchez , if you're a site admin you should be able to go to the space settings > Space access / Permissions and add yourself with a project administrator (not sure if it's renamed to space administrator now ) role
