In JSM > Project Settings> Channels & serf service - after selecting Try now, and + on Confluence, I'm receiving a message "No other confluence sites are available in your organization".
We have confluence licenses under the same Atlassian domain. I've previously linked other JSM projects to other Confluence spaces, but for whatever reason in this JSM project, no options are given when attempting to link a Confluence space to our JSM project.
I cant seem to find any answers on documentation / forms.
@Michael Burns did you find a solution to this? I've done this at two orgs in the past, and never ran into this. Setting up a new one, and I see the exact issue that you do.
Have you checked with your system/site admins to see if the Confluence site setup was changed recently? Especially, you mentioned that you were able to set it up as a KB source for your other JSM projects.
Hope this helps.
Best, Joseph Chung Yin
