I want to setup Jira ticketing system to create tickets automatically when we recieve a call for aws connect call center. Please update me is there any system for my issue. If there is, please guide me for complete it.

I'm afraid there is no readily available solution to integrate Amazon Connect with Jira:
Accordingly, you either need to implement a custom solution yourself, or contract with an AWS or Atlassian solution partner who does this for you.
