Can two different JIRA clouds from two different companies be managed as single ticket?

Can two different JIRA clouds from two different companies be managed as single ticket?

Dear team,

I have situation where I have my company JIRA and then the vendor JIRA

Both are different numbers, different clouds and today i need to manage the same information between the two as two different tickets.

hence how can i manage this as since ticket for me that gets auto linked to the vendors ticket?
