Can customers use the Virtual Service Agents without login or e-mailadres?
Whenever we launch the interface (widget or other forms) to interact with the VSA
Virtual Service Agent. There is always this message:
"Enter your email to log in or sign up"
Is it possible for customers to ask questions to the Virtual Service Agent(s) without login or sign up?
If so, please provide the instructions.

as specified here https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-your-virtual-agent-in-jira-service-management/ Virtual service agents are available in Jira Service Management to all account types with portal access. It means that not logged user can't use them.
