In our Jira Service Desk, we have many 'customers' that are really just spambots and we have customers that were legitimate customers once but are no longer.
We would like to remove these customers in bulk. Using this community, I already found out how to remove them one-by-one (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Delete-a-customer-account/qaq-p/1799306) but we probably need to hire someone for a month to process all the records this way...
Is there a way to bulk-delete all customers that (for example) haven't logged in or created a ticket in 12 months?
There isn't a way for us to do this at the moment (I confirmed that with Atlassian Support last week). The recommendation I got was to upvote and watch this ticket: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-8533 .
