Assistance Request for Bulk User Upload via CSV

In line with our requirements, we aim to load a substantial number of users into the system and have identified the most efficient method through the utilization of a CSV file. However, when attempting to download the template that is supposed to serve as an example for the file structure, we have encountered a difficulty: we have been unable to download the sample file.

We would greatly appreciate your guidance in understanding the structure we should follow when creating our own CSV file for the bulk upload of users. If there is an alternative link to download the template or if you could provide us with the necessary information regarding the correct arrangement of data in the file, it would be of tremendous help.
