Hey there,
is it possible to bulk create or import Customers and Organizations?
Example:
Bulk create or import cia CSV:
Organization 1 with 40 Customers and all their Data: Name, Email, Phone, Adress...
Organization 2 wirh 30 Customers and all their Data: Name, Email, Phone, Adress...
And so on.
We need to provide IT Support and ticketing for our external customers.
It is not a option to create accounts and register them self to Platform for every external customer.
They should write a email to the email adress from our Support Project.
And the customer should be recognized by the email Adress and connected to the Customer Account automatically.
Hi @Patrick Gehlich ,
If you're not familiar with API and looking for a tool that supports you in managing customers and organizations, I can recommend our app. This is free for up to 10 users. With Customer and Organization Management, you can create fields to collect attributes about customers and organizations. It's also possible to import such data from CSV. From the global view, we also offer the possibility to add customers and assign them to projects at once. But I guess this export/import feature is crucial in your case, so you have to check it first.
I hope that it helps you and your team.
Best regards,
Kate
Thank you very much Paul.
The answer clears my question.

Yes, this is possible and I would suggest you take a look at the API documentation to get this working.
First, make sure you have and API key: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/manage-an-organization-with-the-admin-apis/
Use the JSM REST API to create portal users and organizations: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/rest/api-group-customer/
As far as I know, there is no manual way to achieve this.
