Morning everyone,

I've an issue with my URL.

I really need to solve that quickly.

Our users cannot create a new ticket and for the IT Support Service it's impossible to read a new ticket.

Do you think it's a licence problem ?

Please, let me know cause we're currently blocked.

Hi @Anthony DUARTE

Welcome to the community.

You are on the public Atlassian community. It's not wise to share your company Atlassian url.

It cloud be a license issue, but you need to contact Atlassian Support

Hi @Marc - Devoteam Thanks for the tip, I deleted the URL !
That's right, the licence was the issue I'm waiting for the payment.
I've already tried to contact the Atlassian Support, I was redirected here by the bot :/

Welcome @Anthony DUARTE

This issue was similiar in this post here: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Hash-1RTXHZZ-Trace-d8269ce28b524d0aa2d8e009dd03862a-error-in/qaq-p/2917410

The problem was due to the antivirus that the user was using - in their case it was Kaspersky.

Also, there is a maintainance on Jira: https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/ - for free users
