Adding Parent Issue Id to CSV Issue Upload

Hi. I'm trying to upload functional requirements that have a parent 'high-level requirement, as show in the image. What the right way to do this? Thanks

Thanks. I've followed these but it didn't work. For one, 'Issue Id' is not a Jira field I can find.

For the previous thead you need to be an admin
