Add a form to a workflow stage

I have a change management workflow and want to add a post implementation form as default  to a stage in the work flow. How is best to do this??

Hi @Iain Eyre ,

You can use automation rule for adding form in a particular workflow step. You need to have selected a JSM project from the rule details in order to see this action.
