Add a custom field to a portal by providing "schedule a meeting link"

Is it possible to add a link as a custom field ( such as : schedule a call by clicking this link to follow up)  at the end of the portal form for requester to schedule a call by clicking a link? I am not using the instructions field, since it is requested to be located at the bottom of the form. Thank you.

Out of the box, no. The only way you could do that would be to add a "Description" to the last field of your form containing the link, but it's not a really elegant solution ...

Maybe an add-on could help you, but I don't know any that do that unfortunately.
